2. Curating Your Project Team ▾

·Consult and hire the right architect and designer for the project

·Build the best team of consultants for the scope of work required on the project including Engineers, Surveyors, Arborists, Planners, Legal, etc.

3. Concept Formation ▾

·Translate your overall project vision into concept drawings of the space

·Concept includes a complete description of building systems (structural, mechanical, HVAC, plumbing, electrical) interior and exterior finishes, and the overall project site

4. Project details ▾

·Refine project details collected from the Concept Formation phase

5. project management ▾

·Coordinate project working drawings and specifications

·Facilitate shop drawing procurement

·Prepare and adhere to the construction schedule

·Provide regular updates on the progress of construction

·Coordinate consultants

·Submit for permits and approvals at all levels

6. Project Management ▾

·Deploy CUR-8’s highly organized, transparent construction project management process

·Our Construction Management Agreement will clearly define CUR-8’s role, relationship with and responsibility to you - before, during, and after the construction phase

7. Pre-Delivery Engagement ▾

·Complete walkthrough of project site together to ensure your complete satisfaction and discuss any deficiencies

·Conduct final inspection of the project site

8. Project Completion ▾

·Upon completion of your project, CUR-8 will provide you with an app called “Customer Insights” that contains quick reference material on products, warranties, and contact information specific to your project

·Continuous Care: we offer you ongoing maintenance support and Concierge service.

·CUR-8 is also only a phone call away for onsite service.
