Our process is curative, all-encompassing, cooperative, and detailed.
From day one of your new home building process, you’ll have a full CUR-8 team working for you including a Project Manager and Site Superintendent. There will be no need for you to coordinate trades and subcontractors.
We have the skills and experience necessary to lead your project from the Discovery stage, through to selecting a designer or architect, managing the construction, all the way through to the ongoing maintenance of your project to ensure that your investment is protected.
Throughout the process, CUR-8 will be in constant contact regarding trades, timing, potential issues, budget updates, and what decisions need to be made.
